Micala Siler was executive director of A Family For Every Orphan. Her bio says she was a West Point grad, did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, was a trained sapper. Her social media has lots of family photos. Friends of hers I've spoken to speak highly of her and her husband. pic.twitter.com/wKeKOk4lMe

The police did not disclose the woman’s name and nationality, although she had an identification card of a U.S. Embassy employee. Both U.S. citizens as well as Ukrainians work at the embassy. https://t.co/vNtm7kqmrt
