Below are the names of State Department nominees awaiting confirmation based on the October 26 Executive Calendar. On November 2, the U.S. Senate confirmed 18 State Department nominations including 15 ambassador nominees. Those confirmed today are marked in bold blue font. The nominee for Vietnam was previously confirmed on October 26 and reflected on the list below. The Senate has now adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, November 6.
