  1. This one’s easy. Reply to the CDO directly, telling him/her that the demeaning, belittling nicknames are not appreciated and requesting that it stop. If that doesn’t work, forward the next offensive email to the CDO’s supervisor. There isn’t a lot of tolerance for stuff like this. But sometimes someone needs to say something.
