When management at your post in crisis tells you they have an open door and want to know how people are feeling, then tells you your (widely shared) concern is insignificant and you are ruining your corridor reputation by bringing it up.
Any idea what the general area of the concern was or is? Not that even a minor concern should be connected to ruining one’s corridor reputation. Good grief!
No. Burn Bag submissions by design are anonymous and follow-up happens when the author who submitted it decides to update us at some later date. This almost never happens, of course. But this submission talks about a post in crisis, so my guess its probably something related to concerns about security and wellbeing.
An example of poor leadership – or a boss who has read a book on leadership practices, and doesn’t really understand what it means.
